Title
Ignite Strategic Plan Implementation Plan
Body
Issue/Request:
The Council desired to create implementation plans for each of Ignite’s 7 critical success factors (CSF) using a collaborative process that harnessed the experience, talents, and ideas of Councilmembers, City Staff, Community Partners, and Citizens (C4). Seven C4 Implementation Teams were created to achieve that objective. Through a meaningful, open, participative process facilitated by the KU Center for Public Management, each team developed strategies and related action items to guide the community’s efforts to address each CSF over the next 3 years here. Those strategies and action item comprise the Strategic Plan Implementation Report.
