Discussion: Section 2-60.6 relative to Authorization of Committees pertaining to contract approval.

The Rules Committee has discussed the authority of the various Council Committees to review and recommend approval of contracts for approval to the City Council.  At the last meeting, staff was directed to provision section 2-60.6 and some language that had previously been drafted to resolve this issue.  That information is attached.
