Issue/Request:

The applicant seeks approval of a preliminary development plan to construct a 720 sq. ft. expansion to the existing 1,009 sq. ft.  structure and convert the single family home into a real estate office.  A 7-stall parking lot is proposed as part of the project as well.

 

Planning Commission Motion:

A motion was made by Vice Chair Funk, seconded by Board Member Dial, that this application be recommended for approval to the City Council - Regular Session.

The motion carried by the following vote:

Ayes (8):  Board Member Lovell, Board Member Loveless, Board Member Dial, Chairperson Norbury, Vice Chair Funk, Board Member Trafton, Board Member Sims

Abstain (1): Board Member Arth
