The applicant is seeking approval of a preliminary development plan to construct a new 34,030 sq. ft. building for a library.
Planning Commission Motion:
A motion was made by Vice Chair Funk, seconded by Commissioner Dial, that this application be recommended for approval to the City Council- Regular Session, due back on 2/4/2020. The motion carried unanimously.
