I move for adoption of a Resolution adopting the Amended City Council Schedule of Meetings for 2020.
Background
The City Council adopted Resolution No. 19-13 on October 15, 2019 which adopted the City Council Scheduled of Meetings for 2020. This resolution amends the previously adopted schedule by adding a meeting date of September 22, 2020 (though this is tentatively scheduled to be the Mayor's "State of the City"); and, removing the November 3, 2020 meeting date due to the Presidential Election. Another amendment was made to the "Anticipated Council Activities" which do not involve Council meeting dates, but are of Council interest. That change is for the date and location of the MML Annual Conference in held in September 2020.
