An Ordinance vacating certain utility easements in the Streets of West Pryor development, generally located at the northwest corner of NW Pryor Road and NW Chipman Road, in the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.

(Note: First reading by City Council was done on January 7, 2020.  Passed by unanimous vote.)

City Clerk's Note:  This item was removed from the Consent Agenda and placed under second reading for the following reasons:

                     1. The term easements was further defined as utility easements throughout the ordinance.

                     2. Section 1 of the ordinance was changed by removing the legal descriptions from the ordinance and attaching them as exhibits.

I move for adoption of an Ordinance vacating certain utility easements in the Streets of West Pryor development, generally located at the northwest corner of NW Pryor Rd and NW Chipman Rd, in the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.
