RESOLUTION NO. 2019-01 - A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri, Adopting Map Changes to Land Use Designations as an Amendment to the City of Lee's Summit Comprehensive Plan 2005, as Amended.
Body
A public hearing was held to consider land use designations for previously annexed areas throughout Lee's Summit that are currently void of any land use designation. Staff prepared draft land use designations to be considered by the Commission for all properties that are currently without any designation. Prior to the public hearing staff conducted several meetings including property owners adjacent to areas being considered for designations and two open houses by individual invitation and general notice.
Recommendation
Staff recommends adoption of the requested Comprehensive Plan Amendments by the attached Resolution.
