A Resolution setting the start time for City Council meetings.

At the Council meeting on September 20, 2018, City Manager Arbo and Mayor Baird proposed changing the start time of City Council Meets to a consistent time schedule.
• Both legislative and work sessions will begin at 6PM.
• We will continue to strive for “closed session” agenda items to be placed on the “working session” evening
• Closed sessions would be upon adjournment of the “work session” on the second Tuesday of the month
• If there is a need for a closed session on a regular legislative session evening (first and third Tuesday of the month) we will post the closed session for 6PM and the open session for 6:30
Proposed City Council Motion:
I move for adoption of a Resolution setting the start time for City Council meetings.
