Review of the FY20 Budget Calendar and Process
Key Issues:
Each year a budget calendar is prepared to help coordinate the City's budget process. The calendar is a tool that helps identify Finance and Budget Committee agenda items, establish deadlines, and organize key tasks and milestones.
The purpose of the presentation is to look ahead and build a process that meets Committee expecations and identify any additional resources that may be necessary for the upcoming budget year.
The new fiscal year will begin on July 1, 2019.
