The proposed amendment is to move the Planning Commission meeting days from the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month to the second and fourth Thursdays of the month. The proposed new schedule will not go into effect until October, 2018. The first meeting under the new schedule will be held on October 11, 2018. The 5:00 pm start time is not proposed to change.
Proposed Planning Commission Action:
I move to approve the amended Planning Commission bylaws dated August 28, 2018.
Background:
The proposed amendment is in response to the City Council's decision on July 24, 2018, to change the City Council meeting days from the first three Thursdays of the month to the first three Tuesdays of the month, effective October, 2018.
