Issue/Request:
Lee’s Summit CARES Executive Director Rachel Segobia will present the new Community of Character banner to the City Council to replace the previous banner in the Council Chambers. She will also recognize the Council on the passage of an ethics policy and connect it to the Community of Character and the importance of ethics to Lee’s Summit’s youth.
