I move for adoption of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CMH PARROT PROPERTIES, INC. A MISSOURI CORPORATION AND THE CITY OF LEE'S SUMMIT, MISSOURI FOR THE VILLAGE AT VIEW HIGH DEVELOPMENT.

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN PARROT PROPERTIES, INC. A MISSOURI CORPORATION AND THE CITY OF LEE'S SUMMIT, MISSOURI FOR THE VILLAT AT VIEW HIGH DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT.
Key Issues:
October 20, 2016, the City Council approved Application #PL2016-145, for Rezoning and Conceptual Development Plan for Village at View High;
November 3, 2016, the City Council approoved Application #PL2016-146, for Preliminary Development Plan Village at View High Apartments also known as Meridian at View High Apartments;
May 18, 2017, the City Council approved Application #PL2016-186, for Final Plat Village at View High, 1st Plat, Lots 1-3 & Tract A;
October 19, 2017, the City Council appoved Application #PL2016-146, for Preliminary Development Plan Village at View High, 2nd Plat;
These approvals required that the Developer enter into a Development Agreement with the City for road, water line, sanitary sewer, and stormwater improvements required of the development.
