Key Issues:
City Council heard an appeal from the denial of an Exterior Renovation Permit at its August 10, 2017 meeting. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Council voted 6 to 1 to grant the appeal. City Code requires that Council issue its written decision at the next scheduled meeting available to do so. Staff has drafted a Resolution adopting the decision and a decision containing findings of fact and conclusions of law as required by Chapter 536, RSMo. The decision is subject to appeal for 30 days after issuance. If Council adopts this Resolution and the decision, Staff will work with the Applicant on the issuance of a permit in accorance with State law.

I move for approval of A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW GRANTING THE APPEAL OF THE DENIAL OF AN EXTERIOR RENOVATION PERMIT FOR 6 SW 3RD STREET (Appeal No. PRERP2017-004).
