A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING THE PROGRAM AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN MISSOURI MAIN STREET CONNECTION AND DOWNTOWN LEE'S SUMMIT MAIN STREET FOR CONTINUED IMPLEMENTATION OF THE "MAIN STREET APPROACH" IN LEE'S SUMMIT, MISSOURI TO PROMOTE REVITALIZATION OF THE DESIGNATED DOWNTOWN MAIN STREET AREA OF THE COMMUNITY AS AN ACCREDITED TIER PROGRAM.

Downtown Lee's Summit Main Street (DLSMS) intends to enter into an Agreement with Missouri Main Street Connection for the purpose of continued implementation of the "Main Street Approach" in Downtown Lee's Summit
The Agreement, entitled "Main Street Missouri - Program Agreement: Accredited Main Street Communities and Associate Tier Communities" requests the City's acknowledgment of the requirements imposed upon DLSMS
The Agreement has no binding effect on the City of Lee's Summit
DLSMS has requested the Mayor execute the Agreement acknowledging the requirements imposed on DLSMS in order to particiate in the program
