Issue/Request:

This application is for the final plat of Discovery Park Crossing, Lots 1-9 and Tracts A & B.  The proposed final plat consists of 9 lots and two (2) common area tracts on 17.9 acres.  The proposed final plat is substantially consistent with the approved preliminary development plan that also served as the preliminary plat.

 

Proposed City Council Motion:

I move for adoption of an Ordinance accepting the Final Plat entitled,"Discovery Park Crossing, Lots 1-9 and Tracts A & B", as a subdivision to the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Committee Recommendation

On a motion by Vice Chair Trafton, seconded by Mr. Yerington, the Planning Commission unanimously voted on September 11, 2025, to approve the Consent Agenda, inclusive of Application #PL2025-009 - FINAL PLAT - Discovery Park Crossing, Lots 1-9 and Tracts A & B; Intrinsic Development, LLC, applicant.
