I move for a second reading of an Ordinance granting a Special Use Permit renewal for Chapel Oaks Maintenance Storage Facility in district RP-3 (Planned Residential Mixed Use) on land located at 657 NE Newport Dr. for a period of ten (10) years from the previous expiration date, to expire on October 17, 2035, all in accordance with Article 6 of the Unified Development Ordinance for the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.
