On a motion by Vice-Chair Arth, seconded by Ms. Frazier, the Planning Commission unanimously voted on January 9, 2025, to approve the Consent Agenda, inclusive of Appl. #PL2021-431 - FINAL PLAT - Manor at Bailey Farm, 1st Plat, Lots 1-65 and Tracts A-C, Clayton Properties Group, Inc., applicant.
