Issue/Request:

An Ordinance approving Amendment No. 10 to the budget for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2025, as adopted by Ordinances 9936, 9937, 9938, 9939, and 9940, by amending the authorized expenditures for the City.

 

Key Issues:

-The following are items in Budget Amendment No. 10 are Year-end items for clean up of Financial records as the City transitions to Workday

The Fund numbers referenced below are the FY25 Fund numbers and names

-Violence Against Women Act  Grant - Fund 245 transfer the appropriate reimbursement amount to the General Fund 100 for grant reimbursable expenses, mainly personnel, not to exceed $200,000.00

-Water Fund - Closing Fund 313 - Former Water District 14, move remaining funds to Water Construction Fund 316

-Water Fund - Closing Fund 415 - Revenue Bonds -debt reserve fund related to 2012 refunding revenue bonds.  Split the balance evenly between Water Construction Fund 316 and Sewer Construction Fund 317 as the bonds were used for both types of projects.  Transfer of remaining balance as of year-end, June 30, 2025
