Issue/Request:

The applicant requests renewal of the Special Use Permit to allow the continued operation of the mini-warehouse facility for an additional 20-year period.

I move to recommend approval of application #PL2025-324 - Special Use Permit renewal for a mini-warehouse facility - Jefferson Street Storage, 5 SW Industrial Drive; Matthew Schlicht, applicant.

Recommendation

Recommendation: With the conditions of approval below and as outlined in the staff letter, the application meets the goals of the, Ignite! Comprehensive plan and the requirements of the UDO.

   

     1. The special use permit shall be granted for a period of twenty (20) years and thirty-six (36) days, to expire on March 24, 2046.

     2. No outside storage shall occur on the property.
