I move for second reading of an Ordinance accepting Final Plat entitled "Retreat at Bailey Farms, 2nd plat, Lots 135 thru 144, 149 thru 176, & Tracts C and D" as a subdivision to the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.

Committee Recommendation

A motion was made by Commissioner Jana-Ford, seconded by Commissioner Yerington, that this Consent Agenda, inclusive of Application #PL2025-155 - FINAL PLAT - Retreat at Bailey Farms, 2nd plat, Lots 135 thru 144, 149 thru 176, & Tracts C and D; Summit Homes, applicant, be approved. The motion carried unanimously.
