An Ordinance authorizing the execution of a Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission Third Supplemental Agreement to Airport Aid Agreement for Project No. 156-109A-3 by and between the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri, and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission, extending the grant expiration date to December 31, 2021 for assisting with runway 18-36 reconstruction at the Lee’s Summit Municipal Airport.

Key Issues:
· The Lee’s Summit Municipal Airport received a grant for $520,710.00
· The project is in the process of being closed out
· This amendment extends the grant expiration date from December 31, 2019 to December 31, 2021.
· In order to close the project and received all available grant funds, this amendment must be approved by the City Council.
