Issue/Request:
The applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit to allow for Automotive Sales or Lease and Automotive Repair Services - Major Repairs on the easternmost portion of the property addressed at 2701 NE Hagan Road. The applicant is requesting the SUP be approved for 30 years.
The applicant is also seeking approval of a Preliminary Development Plan (Appl. #PL2026-186) to allow for the development of a 44,500-sf. building to house the proposed Rivian dealership and repair facility.

Recommendation
Recommendation: Based on staff’s review and finding that the application meets the applicable requirements of the UDO and the Design & Construction Manual, staff supports the proposed application, subject to the conditions of approval outlined below.
1. The special use permit shall be granted for a period of thirty (30) years from the date of approval.
