Issue/Request:

This is a public hearing to consider the Project 2 (East Village) LCRA Redevelopment Plan to implement the East Village Redevelopment Project as part of the larger 291 South LCRA Redevelopment Plan and Redevelopment Area

 

Background:

Drake Development, through a single-purpose entity formed for the East Village Project, has proposed significant development on the east side of Highway 291 South within the previously-established 291 South LCRA Redevelopment Plan.  This public hearing is to consider the Project 2 Plan as part of the incentive package for the East Village project.

 

Impact/Analysis:

The attached presentation slides and packet materials provide a detailed analysis of the of the financial impacts associated with the project.
