Issue/Request:
The City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri (the “City”) engaged Bellesage Partners to assist with supplemental payroll support and Workday payroll system fixes with the resignation, and subsequent hiring freeze, of the payroll supervisor position. The City is reaching the limit of the current authorized spending amount of $124,000 and needs to increase the spending limit by $50,000, for a total of $174,000 for the services of Bellesage Partners. This will not result in any increase to the FY 27 budget as this increase in spending is accounted for in the Human Resources FY27 budget.
Bellesage Partners will continue to provide payroll support and system fixes as outlined in the original Scope of Work, invoiced as work is completed, in the additional amount of $50,000, not to exceed a total spend of $174,000.00.
