Issue/Request:
An Ordinance authorizing the execution of an agreement by and between the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri and Affinis Corporation for Professional Land Surveying Services in the amount not to exceed $119,748.00 for Sidewalk Gap Phase 3, and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement for the same.
Key Issues:
· The City uses on-call surveying services to support several departments
· City staff issued Agreement No. 2025-023-1 with Affinis Corporation to provide on-call land surveying services based on their qualifications and varied expertise.
· The City desires to enter into an agreement with Affinis Corporation using Agreement No. 2025-023-1 to provide the Land Surveying Services for Sidewalk Gap Phase 3.
Proposed Committee Motion:
I move to recommend to City Council approval of an Ordinance authorizing the execution of an agreement by and between the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri and Affinis Corporation for Professional Land Surveying Services in the amount not to exceed $119,748.00 for Sidewalk Gap Phase 3, and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement for the same.
