Proposed City Council Motion:
I move for adoption of an Ordinance approving a preliminary development plan for Furniture Mall of Missouri on land located at 900 NW Blue Pkwy all in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 33, the Unified Development Ordinance, of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.

Committee Recommendation: A motion was made by Board Member Trafton, seconded by Board Member Rader to amend the first condition of approval. It will be rewritten to read "A modification shall be granted to allow for eleven (11) signs". The signs recommended for approval are numbers 3, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,17, 18, 19, 21, and 23 as shown on the sign plan. The motion carried by the following vote:
