I move for adoption of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to appoint Successor Directors to the Board of Directors for the Raintree 150 Center Community Improvement District.
Background:
The Raintree 150 Center Community Improvement District was formed pursuant to the direction of the City Council which was provided through the adoption of Ordinance No. 6225 on July 27, 2006.
The Board of Directors met on April 14, 2026 and voted unanimously to approve the appointment of Jamie Block and Russ Cline to the Board of Directors for the Raintree 150 Center Community Improvement District. Both terms expiring in July 2030.
