Body
Issue/Request:
The applicant requests approval of a Special Use Permit renewal to permit the continued operation of the 100’ monopole telecommunications tower. There is no proposed increase in tower height or expansion of the tower compound boundaries as part of the special use permit renewal.

Proposed Motion:
I move to recommend approval of application #PL2025-158 - SPECIAL USE PERMIT renewal for telecommunications tower - 1749 SE Langsford Rd; Global Signal Acquisitions II, LLC, applicant.

Recommendation
With the condition of approval below, the application meets the requirements of the UDO.
The special use permit shall be granted in perpetuity from the date of City Council approval.
2. A modification shall be granted to the setback requirements of the UDO to allow the tower to remain in its current location.
