Title

Issue/Request:

Staff is presenting this ordinance to CEDC to improve the minor plat process.

Proposed City Council Motion:

I move for adoption of an Ordinance amending Chapter 33, Unified Development Ordinance, of the Lee’s Summit Code of Ordinances, Article 7 Subdivisions, to allow for requirement of public infrastructure with the administrative approval of minor plats.

Background:

Currently, staff cannot require public infrastructure through administrative approval of property divisions.  Administratively, property can be divided into 3 new lots.
