Background:
HDR engineering was selected and contract approved on January 29, 2014 for the design of the Water Utilities Facility. The project was bid on June 7, 2016 and the successful bidder’s contract is being brought forward parallel to this modification. This modification will add additional time for the construction oversight for this project to match the final construction documents. This modification will also cover the preparation of as-built drawings for the facility.
