Key Issues:
- The Harris Park Standpipe was constructed in 1960.
- The Harris Park Standpipe was removed from service in 2011 as it was no longer needed with the Hook, Scherer, and Ranson Towers.

- The cost to recoat and maintain the Harris Park Standpipe is in excess of $2,000,000.
- The cost to demolish the Harris Park Standpipe is estimated to be $287,000.
- Water Utilities proposes to demolish the Standpipe and associated pump station in FY26.
