I move for adoption of an Ordinance approving rezoning from District AG (Agricultural) to District RDR (Rural Density Residential) on approximately 3.2 acres along the west side of NW Pryor Road located approximately 1/3 mile south of E. Bannister Road, 1450 and 1460 NW Pryor Road, all in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 33, the Unified Development Ordinance, of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.
