I move for a second reading of an ordinance approving a Rezoning from District AG (Agricultural) to RP-3 (Planned Residential Mixed-Use) and CP-1 ( Planned Neighborhood Commercial) and a Preliminary Development Plan on approximately 143.87 acres of land generally located at the southwest intersection of SW Longview Road and SW Pryor Road, all in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 33, The Unified Development Ordinance, of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.
