Finalized Maps for Incentive Areas

Issue/Request:
At the June 12, 2024 CEDC meeting staff presented a new concept for targeted incentive area maps that also highlighted the activity centers in the Ignite Comprehensive Plan. The GIS department has produced maps that have completed the goal of uniting these two concepts. The maps are attached to the packet. With approval from the CEDC, staff can replace the current incentive policy maps with those attached to this packet.
