An Ordinance approving Amendment No. 11 to the budget for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2025, as adopted by Ordinances 9936, 9937, 9938, 9939, and 9940, by amending the authorized expenditures for the City.

Issue/Request:

An Ordinance approving Amendment No. 11 to the budget for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2025, as adopted by Ordinances 9936, 9937, 9938, 9939, and 9940, by amending the authorized expenditures for the City.

 

Key Issues:

-Funds received from the State of Missouri from a ARPA Pass Through Grant for work on the Sampson Road Stormwater Project, be transferred from the ARPA Grant Fund to the Sewer Construction Fund and Capital Projects Fund for approved work that has been completed.

-Closure of the ERP System Fund (Lawson installation), transfer remaining balance to the General Fund as a clean up moving to Workday

 

 

Proposed Committee Motion:

I move to recommend to City Council for approval item TMP-3465 an Ordinance approving Amendment No. 11 to the budget for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2025, as adopted by Ordinances 9936, 9937, 9938, 9939, and 9940, by amending the authorized expenditures for the City.
