Issue/Request:
The applicant seeks approval for Paragon Star, Lots 5A, 5B, 7A-2, 7E, 7F, 7B-1, 7C-1 & 7D, which is a replat of lots previously platted as part of Paragon Star, 4th Plat. The proposed final plat consists of eight (8) lots. The subject application is related to the preliminary development plan, which also served as the preliminary plat, for the Paragon Star Soccer Complex and the Paragon Star Village developments, which were approved in 2016 and 2019, respectively.
