Planning Commission Bylaw Review

Issue/Request:
The Planning Commission established an Ad Hoc Bylaws Committee to review the Commission’s bylaws and make sure they still reflect how the Commission operates today. The review will focus on identifying outdated provisions, areas that may be unclear or confusing, procedural gaps, and opportunities to make the bylaws easier to understand and use.
The expectation for the Committee is to review the bylaws section by section. For this initial meeting, the goal is to review Sections 1–4, with a future meeting focusing on Sections 5–9.
The committee will work through the bylaws section by section. At the end of the process, the committee will bring its recommended changes back to the Planning Commission for consideration.
