Title

An Ordinance accepting Final Plat entitled, "Whispering Woods, 3rd Plat, Lots 51 thru 80 and Tracts A thru E", as a subdivision to the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.

 

Body

Issue/Request:

This application is for the final plat of Whispering Woods, 1st Plat, Lots 51-80 and Tracts A, B, C, D, and E.  The proposed final plat consists of 30 lots and five (5) common area tracts on 21.24 acres.  The proposed final plat is substantially consistent with the approved preliminary plat.

 

Proposed City Council Motion:

I move for second reading of an Ordinance accepting Final Plat entitled Whispering Woods, 3rd Plat, Lots 51 thru 80 and Tracts A thru E, as a subdivision to the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.

Recommendation

Recommendation: Based on staff’s review and finding that the application meets the applicable requirements of the UDO and the Design & Construction Manual, staff supports the proposed application, subject to the conditions of approval outlined in the staff letter.

 

Committee Recommendation

Committee Recommendation: A motion was made by Commissioner Touzinsky, seconded by Commissioner Moore, that this application be approved. The motion carried unanimously.
