Issue/Request:
An Ordinance approving Addendum No. 4 to the On-Call Agreement for Professional Engineering Services dated January 30, 2023 (RFQ No. 2022-030) between the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri and HDR Engineering, Inc., for Professional Engineering Services for the Building and Parking Expansion at the Water Utilities Service Center, for a not to exceed amount of $145,850, and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement for the same.

Key Issues:
The City and HDR Engineering, Inc. entered into an On-Call Agreement dated January 30, 2023 (RFQ No. 2022-030) for On-Call Professional Engineering Services.
The City desires to engage HDR Engineering, Inc. to perform engineering services to study and provide a cost estimate for expansion of our shop facilities and for the design of the expansion of the employee parking are to meet our future needs.
The current facility is approaching its capacity and was designed with this expansion in mind. The study will provide a scope and cost for the improvements and 15% design for the building shop expansion so that it can be added to the future CIP program.
The current employee parking is due for expansion our current staff and to provide for growth. This portion of the project will provide a full design of the parking facilities. The construction of these facilities will be handled through the CIP process.
