Background:
At the request of Council, staff will provide a summary of the current regulations governing e-bikes, e-scooters, and other e-mobility devices. Staff will present broad options for consideration and seek the Committee's direction on which areas warrant further review or modification. Based on that direction, staff can collaborate with the appropriate departments to develop potential ordinance revisions for future consideration.
