Issue/Request:

This application is for the final plat of Whispering Woods, 1st Plat, Lots 51-80 and Tracts A, B, C, D, and E.  The proposed final plat consists of 30 lots and five (5) common area tracts on 21.24 acres.  The proposed final plat is substantially consistent with the approved preliminary plat.

 

Proposed Planning Commission Motion:

I move to recommend approval of Application #PL2024-163 - FINAL PLAT - Whispering Woods, 3rd Plat, Lots 51-80 and Tracts A-E; Whispering Woods Land, LLC, applicant.
