Issue/Request:
An Ordinance approving Change Order No. 1 to the agreement with Kissick Construction Company, Inc. for the CIPP Lining and LCRs, as part of the I/I Removal - CIPP Lining, Manhole Rehab, and LCR’s - FY24, Project No. 962.2 for an increased amount of $683,610.00 for a revised agreement amount of $1,917,532.00 and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same.
Key Issues:
· Pursuant to Ordinance No. 10017, the City and Kissick Construction, Inc., (hereinafter "Contractor") entered into an Agreement for the construction of the I/I Removal - CIPP Lining, Manhole Rehab, and LCRs - FY24, Project No. (hereinafter "Base Agreement").
· The City desires to further modify the Base Agreement, as amended, due to additional items for Lateral Connection Repair (LCR) work to use all ARPA Legislative Priority Grant money available to the City.

I move to recommend to City Council approval of an Ordinance approving Change Order No. 1 to the agreement with Kissick Construction Company, Inc. for the CIPP Lining and LCRs, as part of the I/I Removal - CIPP Lining, Manhole Rehab, and LCR’s - FY24, Project No. 962.2 for an increased amount of $683,610.00 for a revised agreement amount of $1,917,532.00 and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same.
