Issue/Request:
The applicant requests approval of a Special Use Permit renewal to permit the continued operation of the 180’ monopole telecommunications tower. There is no proposed increase in tower height or expansion of the tower compound boundaries as part of the special use permit renewal.

Proposed Motion:
I move to recommend approval of application #PL2025-159 - SPECIAL USE PERMIT renewal for telecommunications tower - 1850 SE Hamblen Rd; Global Signal Acquisitions II, LLC, applicant.

Recommendation
