Issue/Request:

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO APPOINT SUCCESSOR DIRECTORS TO THE HIGHWAY 50 & TODD GEORGE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT.

Key Issues:

The Highway 50 and Todd George Community Improvement District (the "District") was established on March 3, 2013, by Ordinance No. 7315.
