An Ordinance authorizing the execution of a work order in accordance with the City's on-call construction services agreement (Contract 2024-057-1) with TC Fuller Construction LLC., for the installation of tees and the replacement of valves to complete the Maybrook Water Main inspection in the amount of $322,710.70, and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
Key Issues:
? Pursuant to Ordinance No. 9637, the City contracted with HDR Engineering, Inc., to complete an internal condition assessment of the 16-inch diameter PCCP Maybrook Road Water Transmission Main.
? The Maybrook Road Water Transmission Main requires 16-inch tees to be installed and 16-inch valves to be replaced in order to insert the inspection equipment into the pipe, pass through the new valves and be removed from the water main.
? Pursuant to Ordinance No. 9880, the City has an on-call construction services contract with TC Fuller Construction, LLC.
? The City desires to use the City’s on-call construction services contract with TC Fuller Construction LLC to complete the modifications to the Maybrook Water Main as part of the Condition Assessment Project with HDR Engineering, Inc.
