Amendment 1 to Master Services Agreement extends the Term
Proposed Committee Motion:
I move for approval and to recommend to City Council an Ordinance authorizing the purchase of hardware, software and services through the Midwestern Higher Education Commission Cooperative Agreement with Dell for the City's Equipment and software replacement programs and support services for software implementations for a not to exceed amount of $600,000 and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.
Background:
The city purchases hardware, software and services through the MHEC COOP Purchasing Agreement with DELL. This ordinance obtains council approval for spending under this contract pursuant to the adopted budget in an amount not to exceed $600,000 as set out in multiple lines of the FY26 budget.
MASTER AGREEMENT TERM of the Agreement shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “4. MASTER AGREEMENT TERM This Master Agreement shall be effective on April 15, 2022 and shall remain in effect until June 30, 2029 (Term Ending Date) unless otherwise terminated pursuant to the terms of the Master Agreement.
