Issue/Request:

Updates to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to update development requirements for residential lot development to address goals of the Ignite! Comprehensive Plan pertaining to cluster development option, single-family development, and multi-family development.

 

Proposed Motion:

I move to recommend approval of  Application #PL2024-036 - Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Amendment - Updates for residential lot development standards to Article 4 Zoning Districts, Article 6 Use Standards (Sections 6.020, 6.030, 6.040), Article 7 Subdivisions, and Article 15 Definitions; City of Lee's Summit, applicant.

Recommendation

Staff recommends approval of the Unified Development Ordinance amendments as presented. 

 

Committee Recommendation

A motion was made by Board Member Trafton, seconded by Vice Chair Arth, that this application be recommended for approval to the City Council. The motioned passed with 5 "Aye", 1 "Abstain" and 3 "Absent".
