This report is provided for informational purposes only and is intended to establish a common understanding of Lee's Summit's current housing conditions, trends, and policy considerations. Any direction or feedback provided by the City Council and Planning Commission will be forwarded, together with the contents of this report, to the Mayor's Housing Task Force (Task Force), which is slated to begin meeting this fall.
