Issue/Request:
Pryor Mixed-Use is a proposed mixed-use and multi-family development at the southeast corner of M-150 Highway and SW Pryor Road consisting of apartments, offices and retail. The preliminary development plan (PL2023-093) was approved by City Council on November 9, 2023.
Per Section 2.320 of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), preliminary development plan approval is valid for 24 months, however, the Governing Body may grant one extension of 12 months upon written request of the original applicant. Due to needing more time to work on the final development plan application, the original applicant requested an extension of the preliminary development plan approval prior to the approval expiring on November 9, 2025.
There are no proposed changes to the approved preliminary development plan with this extension request and all conditions of the zoning and preliminary development plan are still applicable.
