An Ordinance approving Change Order No. 1 to the Agreement for Project No. 43331883-C for the Water Tower Re-Coatings: Scherer and Woods Chapel Project between the City of Lee's Summit and Worldwide Industries Corp for an increase of $1,071,733.00 for a revised agreement amount of $1,960,115.00 and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same.

Key Issues:

? Pursuant to Ordinance No. 9339 the City and Worldwide Industries Corp, (hereinafter "Contractor") entered into an Agreement for Agreement for Project No. 43331883-C for the Water Tower Re-Coatings: Scherer and Woods Chapel Project, (hereinafter "Base Agreement").

? The City desires to further modify the Base Agreement, as amended, for increased costs associated adding the recoating of the interior of Woods Chapel Tower and additional Surface preparation and containment for the exterior of Scherer Tower (hereinafter 'Changer Order No.1").
